How would you like to work for a law firm that actually likes to promote from within, the support team is run by very smart and relaxed manager, and company as a whole is poised for growth?

You would be joining a team of 7 helpdesk / desktop professionals who have different strengths but work together to give elite support.    There are about 500 users in the community and all work out of the New York office.   Which means that all technology is housed in the office so one can get exposure to servers and security (new team).

Responsibilities:

 
  • Level I - III support PC support with Windows. 7, 8, 10, Office, Outlook / Exchange, Active Directory, Mobile (iPhones mostly), but some Androids and Blackberries. 
  • Special Projects such as Upgrades, Roll-outs, AV, Research, testing, and implementing new tools.
  • Managing mobility using AIrWatch.
  • Learning new technologies, processes, and ways to support a down to earth user community.
