You’ll lead projects from idea to delivery, translate business needs into technical plans, and take ownership of the company’s AI chatbot. You’ll also look for ways to use automation and intelligent agents to improve service delivery across IT, HR, Finance, and overall operations.
You’ll have real ownership here. The senior director you’ll report to has your back and gives you room to execute. You’ll start with one direct report, with the chance to grow your team as the company expands its AI footprint. It’s a fast-moving, collaborative environment where curiosity and initiative matter as much as technical skill.
