Job Description
This is an opportunity to join a highly respected and stable hedge fund that invests heavily in its technology and treats its IT teams with real respect.
You’ll be part of a strong End User Support group working in a modern Microsoft environment, including Office 365, Intune, Azure, and Entra ID. This is not a reactive ticket-only role. You’ll be trusted to take ownership, think critically, and contribute to improvements that elevate how the firm operates day to day.
The leadership team is experienced, technical, and accessible. You’ll report to a manager who understands white-glove End User Support inside and out and challenges people to grow without micromanaging. The broader infrastructure leadership values accountability, initiative, and doing things the right way.
This role is open because people on the team have been promoted into other groups. The firm is growing at a steady pace and continues to invest in both technology and the people who support it.
You’ll have real access to the systems and platforms you support, giving you the ability to learn deeply, resolve issues properly, and deliver high-quality support without unnecessary escalation. Budgets are solid, red tape is minimal, and End User Support is viewed as a critical part of the business, not an afterthought.
