One of the top media firms in world is bringing all their helpdesk support in-house and have hired a top-notch Director to build and manage an elite team.   So, you have the chance to excel and make a name for yourself with upper management and the user community.

You will be part a team of 3 on the phones but you will also be working with and escalating calls to a team of 5 Level II – III Techs.

85% of the work will be PC but you also will be working  alongside an all Mac team as well.

The Director has an excellent track record with other firms in building excellent teams.  He started as out as Heldpdesk technician years ago and with hard work, dedication, and teamwork has moved his way up to management.  He now expects the same from his team.

Responsibilities and Technology
  • Phone support for all users including Executives.
  • Working on Windows 10 with MS Office, Active Directory, ticketing system,
  • Working on both Software and Hardware projects
  • Documentation and asset management.
