In this spot, you will be solving challenging technical problems over the phone with a focus on Office 2016, but also software that is specific to the law industry. Learning the specific law software requires considerable time and effort, but once mastered, will open up opportunities in this firm and bolster your overall career trajectory.
Responsibilities and Technology:
- Solve Office 2016, law, and proprietary software issues over the phone in a fast-paced Windows 10 environment.
- Learn, help and back up other teammates in a collegial atmosphere.
- Escalate issues to other teams as needed.
- Be available from 3pm to 11pm, the shift for this position.
