A successful international executive agency is growing its IT team and looking for and up and coming Desktop Support specialist who wants to learn from a manager who likes to mentor. As the company continues to grow there is a lot of opportunity to learn new technologies and take on more responsibility.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Level I -II Desktop and Helpdesk support in a Windows 10 environment.
- Supporting users on Office 2016, Active Directory, Mobile devices, and proprietary applications.
- Being a part of the Office 365 migration and new ticket system implementation.
- Setting up cutting edge AV and specialized phones systems.
- Documenting procedures enabling IT to give fast and consistent support.
