There’s an opportunity for a Lead End User Support Engineer to join a highly technical IT team at a Manhattan based hedge fund.
This is a hands on support role, but it goes well beyond day to day tickets. You’ll be supporting a demanding user base while also staying close to infrastructure, cloud, security, automation, and broader technology initiatives.
The environment is modern, cloud focused, and built around a lean team where people are given real ownership. Because the group is smaller, you’ll naturally become a senior technical presence within support and a key escalation point across the firm.
The team is involved in improving workflows, streamlining processes, refining the end user experience, and partnering with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Engineering on ongoing projects. This is the type of role where strong support skills matter, but so does the ability to think ahead, solve problems, and improve how things work.
You’ll work across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Azure, Windows 10 and 11, cloud and SaaS platforms, and automation initiatives, especially around PowerShell and repeatable processes.
