You will have the opportunity to help set and monitor policy and procedures that align with best practices and result in a top-notch user experience.
Responsilbities and Technology:
- Lead the team both technically and operationally in a challenging environment by serving as a 3rd tier escalation point.
- Mentor and train the team members.
- Work with Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Apps, and Active Directory.
- Understand and interact with JAMF from a Workflow perspective.
- Be the face of the Macintosh IT Support within the firm.
