The group in your charge is technical, personable, and hungry to learn more.  You will have the opportunity to help set and monitor policy and procedures that align  with best practices and result in a top-notch user experience.

Responsilbities and Technology:
  • Lead the team both technically and operationally in a challenging environment by serving as a 3rd tier escalation point.
  • Mentor and train the team members.
  • Work with Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Apps, and Active Directory.
  • Understand and interact with JAMF from a Workflow perspective. 
  • Be the face of the Macintosh IT Support within the firm.
