The group has an opportunity for someone to join a great team that puts an emphasis on teamwork, uses great technology, and awards good work with more responsibility and compensation. You will be working in a fast paced, technical environment that will test and grow your skills.

The manager of the group worked his way up the ranks starting as a Level I - II Consultant, so just imagine the trajectory coming in as a full-time employee doing Leve II - III Support. The leader expects a lot, but never asks anyone do anything that he has not or will not do.

Responsibilities and Technology: 
  • Provide Level II - III troubleshooting with a focus on Windows 10, Office 2016/Office 365, Mobile Devices, and various applications.
  • Work within a team-focused environment where support and develop one another.
  • Conduct upgrades, including a big push to AWS.
  • Work on SSO projects.
